What stays on your device

Bill images, OCR text, analyses, dispute letters, and your household's bills are stored only on your iPhone. The server receives extracted text only when you choose to analyze a bill or draft a letter.

AI processing

When you use analysis features, the extracted bill text (never the photo) is sent to a private, secure AI service for processing. We do not use AI prompt logging, and the server does not store document content. No vendor or model name is exposed, and your bills are never used to train AI.

Account and purchases

If you sign in, we store a server user ID, your Apple account subject, entitlement records, and usage counters. Apple handles all payment details. Purchases are linked to your server user ID through StoreKit's appAccountToken. You can delete your account and all server rows in the app at any time.

Support

If you contact support, we collect the email address and message you send so we can reply. We do not sell your data, track you across apps, or use advertising identifiers.
